Matching platform

Roof Contractor Match is a marketing and matching platform. It does not perform roofing work. Participating contractors are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Roof Contractor Match.

No guarantee of contractor performance

We do not guarantee contractor availability, qualifications, licensing status, insurance, pricing, workmanship, warranties, project completion, or the outcome of any homeowner-contractor relationship unless expressly stated in writing.

Homeowner responsibility

Homeowners are responsible for evaluating contractors before hiring, including reviewing licensing or registration requirements, insurance, references, written scopes of work, permits, warranties, and pricing.

Contractor responsibility

Contractors are responsible for their own licensing, registration, insurance, advertising, estimates, contracts, permits, taxes, employees, subcontractors, workmanship, warranties, and compliance with applicable law.

Contractor applications and membership

Submitting a contractor application is free and does not by itself enroll the applicant in a paid membership. If paid membership is offered, the price, recurring-billing terms, cancellation process, and any applicable refund or credit terms will be presented before purchase. Membership does not guarantee any minimum number of leads, jobs, appointments, revenue, exclusivity, or close rate.

Communications

By submitting contact information and the applicable consent field, you authorize Roof Contractor Match to contact you about the request or application and, for homeowner requests, to share the request with participating contractors as described on the form. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.

Website availability

We may change, suspend, update, or discontinue website features or matching availability. Contractor coverage varies by ZIP code and project type.

Acceptable use

Users may not submit false requests, impersonate another person or business, misuse contact information, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
